The Junior Ice have been born out of the top two spring programs in Manitoba, for the first time combining all of the top players from around Manitoba at the 2011 born age. Hundreds of others have established collegiate and or pro hockey careers. Each player went through an extensive identification and evaluation process which began in September 2014.
